The world is all under one government, the Nation of Aeon. This government rules with a tight iron fist with its United Aeon Security(U.A.S) unit. It does whatever it can to maintain its high power. However, a rebel group, known as the Liberation, has started to show itself.

Even still an old government project long lost to the minds of most, is being revived. A vengeful scientist has finally gathered enough of the lost data of the forgotten Ryoku to start his revenge on the government and take control for himself.

Who will win? Which side will you take: a U.A.S dog, a Liberation follower, an Akuma pawn, or an innocent citizen?
